Ateis Support Center about to be released

Dear Customer,

After long time of working on the Ateis Support Center we are proud to announce that soon it will be released.

You will all get an e-mail with a short manual on how to register, and how to operate the Support Center.

In the Support Center you can do following;

  • Check our knowledge base if there is a ready made solution for the problem you are facing.
  • Open Tickets to our Support department, for Technical questions.
  • Request an RMA number for your Device.
  • Check on your RMA's status.
  • Check our latest news.

If you have any questions and/ or ideas please feel free to open a ticket.
We will reply within 24 hours on working days.

For urgent cases you can of course always call us.
